Hi,
Advised to go onto a DMP with payplan. Seen some bad reviews. Are they ok?

It is up to you who you use for your DMP - stepchange, payplan and christians against poverty all provide these services for free which is vital. You should never pay for a dmp as then every bit of money you pay is going to your debts. Personally have had no dealings with the companies but sure plenty on here can make a recommendation based on experience.
As long as you are on board with whatever company you choose and provide them with the information they ask for, stick to your plan, regularly contact them, let them know if anything changes etc I can't see why you would have any issues. They are there to help, negatives usually come about because of lack of working together to make the plan work. Good Luck£2 Savers Club for 2022 #120
