Mortgage HSBC Payday Loan Success

Hi all after a some back and forth with solicitors I just thought it might useful to add a success story because all I read was negative in the run up to or mortgage process. I have had a very large number of payday loans, none in the last 2 years but this worried me no end. Took the necessary steps to improve my credit about a year ago by getting a credit card and managing it. We applied first through skipton and they declined because there was Japanese Knotweed on the development (though 70 meters from our property) Then we applied to HSBC having been told by our original broker to apply direct even though the are really really picky. We were incredibly surprised at how simple there application process was and worried that they had missed something. We finally got the keys and everything is final. So don't despair and it really is true every case is different.
