I once had an introductory case from them and thought it fine. The stuff you get in special deal cases tends to be mid-range stuff, not vinegar but not 'special occasion' either. Though they have the full range available to pick and choose as you wish. But I didn't think it was worth continuing with them after that special offer case as you can often get better deals in the supermarket.
I've got friends who use them for all their wine. They've got a lovely relationship with the people in the store and often have wines recommended that they might like etc. They're very happy with their service and quality.
I've been impressed with most of the stuff they've brought when they come to stay, and being an ex wine merchant I'm notoriously hard to please. However I've never actually bought anything from them so I can comment on value.
We use them for a few cases a year and have generally been very impressed with them. No duff wines, good documentation (tasting notes) with some of the cases and we usually get the offer cases rather than the more expensive stuff.
If you are going to join, let me know as if I refer you I get some free wine with my next order...
