My boyfriend has registered with Clearscore and under the mobile phone section it is showing an account with Virgin Mobile with a balance of £275.
It says the account was opened in May 2011
It shows payment history back to 2012 and there have been no payments made in all that time.
Am I right in saying that if he does nothing then in May 2017 it will disappear from his file?

Hi Chelseablue,
The debt will be on his file for 6 years from the date of default or judgement. The debt is enforceable for 6 years from the date of last payment or written acknowledgement. If the debt is settled then that would be more positive than the debt remaining in a status of default.
