Help To Buy

Hi

I have an appointment with Bellway to look into purchasing a home with them this saturday. I am looking to go through the help to buy scheme and was wondering if anyone else has used this scheme and how it went from start to finish ? Thanks

    Tbh im not really sure i have a help to buy isa account with savings in it. I live in scotland would it not just be the help to buy scheme ?

    If it's newbuild, its most likely HTB Equity Loan Scotland.
