Help! Is this spam or have I really won?

Hi, I got this email yesterday. I can't remember the competition, but was wanting some advice as to whether you think it is a spam email or real. Thanks for your help!

Here's the email:

Hi [Name], congratulations, you won the Teclast X98 dual-boot tablet giveaway! The competition ended quite a whole ago, but so far we've had no response from the winners, so we re-picked again! In order for us to ship your prize to you, we'll need your complete shipping address and a contact number.

Please fill in the following form and agree to our terms and conditions, and we will arrange for your prized to be shipped to you as soon as possible. We'd also appreciate a photograph of you and the prize after you've received it to be shared with our readers.
