My mortgage application process started from virgin money through broker.
Last week they take valuation fees from my bank account. On the mortgage application form ,I told i will repay my credit card due.

q1) Within how many weeks , I need to repay credit card?

q2) Can I withdraw £ 1000 from my mortgage deposit money now ?

say I need 12000 pound deposit. I want to withdraw 1000 pound now . When solicitor ask , I can pay 12000.

I have deposit in bank account .I send bank online statement
But I need some cash now.

Are you struggling to repay your credit card and needing cash at this time. Are you ready for buying a house?

When the lender does a credit check on full application and you haven't paid your credit card it will affect your affordability.

It is not a fixed date.

It is on, or before, completion.
