Building Survey says 'Slight structual movement'

I had a building survey / previously called a full structure survey done and the surveyor wrote that he thought the property had slight structural movement that was probably caused by a leaking drain and that once the drain was sorted out it should fix the problem.
I've become double minded as to whether to go ahead with the purchase or not. My main concern is the movement, although he says its very minor it might cause problems down the line with insurance or if we want to sell or the problem might get worse. I don't even know if its a leaking drain, its needs to be investigated and if its not then i'll need to find out the cause.
Any thoughts and what is the best option? I did ask for a price reduction but was rejected out of hand by the sller

You could commission a drain report with CCTV to confirm whether it is the drains. They can be repaired with linings. In the home counties this costs up to 350 per leak. The inspection could be 100 to 300.
Insurance for ongoing issues will be very difficult but for a historical issue there are specialist brokers and insurers who will help you. Just search this forum.0
