Hi
I want to know if there are mortgages in the market available at ideally 95% LTV for the purchase of a second home (this home will be the permanent residence).
If not a 90% LTV could be a possibility it is just tough to find the info out there. Can anyone help please?
Many thanks
Natalie

Most second homes loans are capped at 75% or 80% LTV by the Lenders.
I know of one Lenders that will do 90% or even 95%, but it is a very slim market.
You wont sort this out yourself and need a good mortgage broker.I am a Mortgage Broker
