Have you spoken to Wiggle? I realise it's not their responsibility but if they're still using the company they may have alternate contact details or similar that may help you.

...I beleive they merged with another company a few months ago - "Secure Trust Bank PLC" whose name actually appears on my bank account transactions as a reference when the payments are collected.....
Actually it was January 2013. Wiggle says that it "only offers credit products from Secure Trust Bank PLC trading as V12 Retail Finance".
It looks like V12 Retail Finance simply administers the lending, on behalf of STB.

I'd just set up a standing order to transfer funds from my new account to the old one each month to cover the DD.
Problem solved with the benefit of your old account still being used so it doesn't get flagged as dormant.0 -
