RBS mortgage balance incorrect?

I have an rbs mortgage starting at 92,000 for 35years @4.2 dropping to 4% after few years, I've overpayed by average of £40 a month on the balance, 10years have passed and balance is still £76,000, all calculators suggest should be roughly £70k???

Ask RBS. Each case has it's own circumstances. This balance figure produced by the Bank is unlikely to be incorrect.I am a Mortgage Broker
