Mortgage for self employed plus employed

I have been registered as a self employed dental hygienist for two years with full accounts but I am also employed by two separate dental practices.
I have just had a mortgage application refused for the amount I require by nationwide as they will only take into account my self employed income plus one other employed income.
Does anyone know which lenders will take all three of my incomes in account?
Many thanks

  • Morning Rose,

NatWest will potentially consider 3 job roles if historical sustainability can be evidenced (typically minimum of 6 months in all positions) and will always be subject to a underwriting once you have submitted an application.

Worthwhile approaching a mortgage broker as they will be able to understand more specifically around your circumstances and advise on anothe lender if needed.

    Best of luck,

    Tom
