This might be a stupid question but are STV and Scotmid comps just for people who live in Scotland?

STV's general terms state "Unless otherwise stated in the Competition Promotion, any Competition is open to residents in the UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man aged 16 years or over..."
So, no for STV. I don't know about Scotmid
