recieved a text of my mortage offer, what next?

hey guys well i have finally recieved a text from nationwide today to say they have issued mymortage offer, i was wondering what happens next?

another question i got is the house imbuying was advitised as having two private parking spaces but does not have numbers on them. i called the soicitors 2 weeks ago about finding out if they are really mine but they said they cant tell me untilthey recieve the pack, i want to know soon as i dont want the house if theres no parking.

    Everything is down to your solicitor now your mortgage offer has been issued.

    They will conduct relevant searches and clarify detail like the parking clarification. They will now liaise with the sellers solicitor to try and arrange a date for exchange and then completion, if you wish to of course!
