I think you'll find that the simple fact you've made your mind up will put you in a great frame of mind for the next few months, even if the job pressures in theory remain the same. You can sit back and take a detached view. I'm in the same position, won't be handing my notice in for a few months but I can now relax and be unphased about all the stuff going on with my current employer. Enjoy!0
