Hi there, our purchasers need to have a 2nd charge placed on the property, however, the Chelsea seem to be taking a long time to do this. Their solicitor wrote to them back in July and they only started asking for further information last week.
Our purchaser faxed the outstanding info to them on Friday - how much longer will it take for a decision? Does anyone have any info on the Chelsea with regard to their admin?
