Bruschetta with chopped tomatoes, onion. thyme
Salad on lettuce leaves with grape tomatoes, celery, green onion, garlic salt, and maybe grated carrot.
As a topping for savory crackers (UK> biscuits ?) with cream cheese. (Or butter)
Part of an antipasto plate.
Or as pigpen says...with a fork.Overprepare, then go with the flow.
