    rinse in hot water to reduce the picklyness.. get fork.. and eat with great relish and drool...

    Bruschetta with chopped tomatoes, onion. thyme

    Salad on lettuce leaves with grape tomatoes, celery, green onion, garlic salt, and maybe grated carrot.

    As a topping for savory crackers (UK> biscuits ?) with cream cheese. (Or butter)

    Part of an antipasto plate.

    Or as pigpen says...with a fork.
    Overprepare, then go with the flow.
