Coming up to retirement and sitting on a DB pension that I can either draw on, or transfer out at a commutation rate of about 22.7, and manage it myself . Hopefully the OPs losses have recovered somewhat, but his initial losses were much higher than those of the FTSE 100, so that portfolio definitely need reviewing.
