    He's 67, he doesn't need a job. He can retire now.

    Let him take up local, pressing, concerns, such as the lighting down the High Street, or an overflowing bin in his road.

    I can't see him resigning. If he does he'll be replaced by another New Labour PR Clone and he knows it.
