I commented on the red flags at the time, and wondered what I was missing as to why things could be so out of line, but it was a fair way outside my area of expertise and I just assumed that I didn’t have all the facts.

I see very few of the same flags at the moment. Maybe that means there is no problem, or maybe it means that I am just not seeing things as they are happening in markets that I don’t trade, but it would make no sense to look around, so no signs of serious distress, and choose to stop doing my day job on the off chance that the system is about to explode.

How can you not see all the red flags with Deutsche Bank?

Can you not see all the criminal charges being brought against them?

Like those massive losses you were so sure were going to be announced?

In essence you are asking why a professional banker cannot see the red flags that exist only in your head, or on lunatic conspiracy sites on the internet, and you do know the answer to that, don’t you?

What I find sad here is that you’ve someone who’d be happy to help you to understand the business that you so clearly don’t but in the face of this you simply choose to snipe with ignorant statements and then withdraw.

It’s hardly an intellectually honest position, and should shame you.

I was watched Margin Call again a couple of days ago. It does feel like it will all happen again very soon.

Don't these things happen when you least expect it? If it feels like it's going to happen again, then we're safe?

John Jones represents the sheeple, he doesn’t see problems coming, everything roses through his glasses

    No, John Jones represents sanity.

You, on the other hand, have made up a lot of old tosh about derivative 'losses' at Deutsche which don't exist, and posted outrageous lies about other banks making losses when the contrary was the case.

    You need help.:)

Sheeple tends to refer to people unaware of the subject. After a quarter of a century doing pretty well in the business it’s not really an apt description.

It is, though, the sort of insult thrown by people who suddenly find themselves completely out of their depth and being laughed at.

As this is now eye wateringly obvious then Why not let the thread drop?

Before the 2008 near collapse of the banking system there were many rose tinted specs wearers.

    We are now there again.......

D Bank are criminals with a list of serious criminal charges and about 50 Trillion in derivatives. You can try to ignor these facts if you want but they are facts

    Merger talks collapse.
    No surprise
Who would want to merge with 50 trillion toxic derivatives.

Silver derivatives that were done at the backend
