Can you report potentially fake competitions?

There is one particular Facebook page that claim to give away the most amazing, expensive prizes each day and refuse to comment on winners who never seem to materialise.
Not sure I can say who they are without violating MSE rules.
Can you report them? They are getting so many likes and shares.

Why do mice have such small balls?
Because so few of them can dance.

There are FB groups that follow up suspect pages/dodgy comps etc. it's a closed group I presume you have to ask to join

You can also pick another option for reporting like nudity. Usually that gets declined but facebook will then ask are you happy and you then say no the page is a fake page farming likes and then they sometimes look again and take the page down.Rational judgement, now, at this very moment.
Virtuous action, now, at this very moment.

I've been a little sceptical at a few competitions on FB, recently for example there has been one from a florist company who gave away a lovely bouquet.. to someone who had worked for them. I guess it was just a 1 in 800 chance of her winning... how lucky, right? I noted yesterday that someone had referenced it, then today that comment & the option for anyone else to comment has gone. Ahh well, not the end of the World, but it just leaves a little bit of a question mark in my mind as to why they'd remove a valid comment rather than simply answer it. :undecided
I recall the same thing happened a while ago with M&S only that winner still worked for the company. I guess unless it specifically states no one connected to the company may enter, then it must be 'ok' & it's pure random fluke that someone who did, won...0 -
I don't know which company it is but there's one giving away a huge prize & post a different post everyday so it looks like they're give the prize away every day, but they're not just another entry. Dodgy but not necessarily a scam. The only way to be sure it's probably not a scam is to avoid like & shares as these increase followers & the pages can be sold to criminals ( lots of likes make their "business" look legit) or b) makes their small business look a lot bigger that it is & lors of FB likes can be used as back up if they are misrepresenting themselvesproud gran to 4 lovely boys and one little girl0
