It's the other way round. The fall in sterling means that your dollars, euros, whatever will now buy more pounds, making UK property cheaper for foreigners.0 -
its not certain yet what an exit will look like. If the UK leaves the EU but keeps free movement free trade and the membership fee what will change?
What will change is that if Joe Blogs has to line up round the block to get a doctor/midwife/dentist/house/any basic services, he knows who to vote out at the next electoral opportunity. That is a massive change to the psychology of UK governments and voters, and how they interact? And of course we now have the inevitable result of suppressing democracy in this country for numerous years, people have had enough and voted accordingly, and it is a GREAT result IMO!0 -
Living overseas I see that my Dollar, Rhimbi or Euro will buy more in London. However against that is
1) uncertainty
2) my property and potential residence rights will be OUTSIDE the EU.
You might argue that the EU might slowly break up but we have to deal with where we are NOT where we might be.There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.0 -

If mortgage interest rates go down too we could see a larger boom.
Anything is possible.
Good time to get into London property from overseas, bad time to liquidate and buy overseas I think will be the main theme.Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.0 -
dunno really.
but if 'the city' doesn't hold onto more or less the entirety of its position as a financial centre then most of the reason for it being so much more expensive than the rest of the UK goes away, certainly.FACT.0 -

Investor money will pour in like never before as we are now leading the way and are free from the toxic EU
The global village feel is going to make this nation even more prominent - everyone will want to invest in lean and fit Britain0 -
