Trouble is, the Accord rates just aren't as good.0

What rate for 83% did they offer you on what term, and what fees?
Norwich and Peterborough are part of Yorkshire, they have good (fee free) deals.0 -
It's the 1.68%, 2 year fix on the website I was considering - haven't spoken to them on the phone or in branch yet to see if this is available to us, we're just deciding whether to go down the broker or bank route and get some idea of direction. Chelsea do have a better rate, but the fee is around £1500, whereas the YBS is one is £845, so over the 2 year fix it works out cheaper to go with YBS.0
