All entries must be received by midnight on Friday 30 September 2016. 6. The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value shall be provided.
8. The winning entrant will win a five-night holiday for two adults and two children between the ages of 6 and 16 years. The prize package comprises:
· Return economy class flights for two adults and two children to Split, Croatia, flying from the airport nearest to the winner’s home serving direct flights to Split;
· Return transfers between the airport and the hotel;
· Five nights accommodation in a minimum 3-star, centrally located hotel;
· Breakfast for two adults and two children each morning in the hotel restaurant;
· Split sailing adventure for two adults and two children, including:
o Round-trip ferry from Split to Hvar;
o Sailing trip around the PalenkiIslands;
o Skipper;
o Safety briefing;
o Use of snorkelling equipment; and
· Blue Cave, Green Cave and Hvar Old Town Boat Tour with lunch and snorkelling for two adults and two children, including:
o All taxes, fees and handling charges;
o Entrance fees;
o Fuel surcharge;
o Bottled water;
o Lunch with unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks;
o Professional guide;
o Port pickup and drop-off; and
o Use of snorkel equipment
9. The prize must be taken as one package.
10. The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and the airport, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they and their guest both have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
11. The prize is valid for travel for one year from the date of the winner being notified and excludes the Christmas and New Year’s period, Valentine’s Day, Easter, and school and bank holidays in both the UK and Croatia. Once confirmed, the booking cannot be amended. The winner and their guest must travel together at all times.
12. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
