Nationwide DIP question

anyone happen to know if nationwide's DIPs tend to be fairly full assessments? I know they do a hard search and had read somewhere that they do a reasonably comprehensive scoring at the DIP stage...
Yes, I realise nothing is guaranteed, but wondered if any of the "pros" out there had any insights in to whether their DIPs tended to be fairly "high confidence"?
Thanks!

Pretty much nailed on as long as the input data and supporting docs all match up.I am a mortgage broker. Excellent, thank you Kingstreet! Was surprised how little they actually asked for - proof of identify, latest payslip and proof of last 2 annual bonuses and that's it (so far). Should all match up

We are first time buyers and went with Nationwide and i cant fault them - went from DIP to mortgage offer in 7 days.
Very efficient and only asked for 1 payslip from us (i think it varies from person to person though).
Good Luck :beer:0
