1 Please read these terms and conditions (Terms) carefully. The Terms contain important information. By entering and/or taking place in this Promotion, you declare to agree to the applicability of the Terms and be legally bound by them.

2 In these Terms the following words will have the following meanings:

Prize means:

(i) a pair of tickets to the 3 day ‘La Parisienne’ Event in Paris hosted by Reebok, including access to the race on Sunday 11 September 2016. For the avoidance of doubt, only women are eligible to redeem and make use of the tickets to La Parisienne;

(ii) return flights from any UK airport to Paris departing on Friday 9 and returning on Sunday 11 September 2016;

(iii) 2 nights stay in a hotel/B&B in Paris.

For the avoidance of doubt both the flights and the accommodation will be at the Promoters sole discretion.

Promotion Period means the period starting from 00:00 GMT+1 on Monday 13 June and ending at 23:59 GMT+1on Sunday 26 June 2016 during which you may enter the Promotion. If your Promotion entry is received after the Promotion Period you will be automatically disqualified.

Promoter means Reebok UK a trading division of adidas (UK) Limited of The adidas Centre, Pepper Road, Hazel Grove, Cheshire, SK7 5SA.

3 Acceptance of these Terms is a condition of entry and the entry instructions form part of these Terms. The Promoter reserves the right, at their discretion, to exclude you if you do not comply with any of these Terms.

4 The Promotion is open to all UK residents aged 16 and over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their associated companies, families, agencies or any other persons to whom they are professionally connected. If you are aged between 16-18 you must obtain consent to participate in the Promotion from a parent / legal guardian and/or be accompanied by a parent / legal guardian.

5 To enter the Promotion, any time during the Promotion Period, you must:

(a) visit the Website;

(b) submit a valid and correctly completed Promotion entry form (including your answer to any questions and all requested personal information) via the Website as indicated by the Promoter;

(c) accept and adhere to these Terms unconditionally; and

(d) accept any other requirements made by the Promoter at the point of entry.

6 Internet or Wi-Fi access will be required. There is no charge to register for the use of the Website.

7 No purchase necessary.

8 One entry only per person during the Promotion Period will be permitted. If more than one entry is received only your first entry will be accepted. If your entry is made using false or dishonest information you will be disqualified.

9 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse you entry if your entry form contain material which is offensive (including the use of foul language) or defamatory, or incites and/or promotes violence or hatred or which discriminates, threatens or infringes the rights of third parties, or which the Promoter deems in its sole discretion to be otherwise unacceptable.

10 If your entry does not meet the above criteria and/or the specific terms of entry for the Promotion, it shall be invalid. The Promoter shall not be liable if your entry is not received or is corrupted for any reason.

11 There will be one winner who will win the Prize. The winner will be permitted to bring one guest who must be at least 18 years old. Only women are eligible to redeem and make use of the tickets to La Parisienne. If you are aged less than 18 years old, you must be accompanied by a parent / legal guardian, who must use the guest ticket. Proof of age may be required.

12 It is your responsibility to ensure that you and your guest have valid passports, documents (including visas) and travel insurance for the trip and you are both able to travel to the destination. The Promoter will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred should you and/or your guest be refused entry.

13 Both you and your guest acknowledge that the availability, dates and times of the Prize are subject to the organisers of La Parisienne, over which the Promoter has no control. The Promoter will not be liable in the event that you are not available on or around the dates determined by the Promoter and reserves the right to select an alternative winner in such circumstances.

14 Once tickets have been issued to you and your guest, they are only valid for the travel dates and times stated. No alternatives will be available. All changes are subject to the Promoter’s approval and if approved, will be at your own cost.

15 If you and/or your guest cancel the booking, the Promoter will not be liable to provide any alternative tickets and will not refund any expenses gained as a result.

16 Entry into the La Parisienne event shall be subject to event organiser’s terms and conditions, event regulations and/or eligibility requirements including any stipulation as to the medical condition of participants. The Promoter will not be liable should you and/or your guest be refused enjoyment or use of the Prize (in whole or in part).

17 You must provide the Promoter with all requested information in a timely manner and in accordance with the Promoter’s deadlines. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw any Prize in the event that you fail to provide necessary information within any deadlines set.

18 The Promoter will not be liable in the event that La Parisienne does not take place, is rescheduled or postponed for any reason

19 The Promoter will not be liable in the event that you or your guest lose any tickets forming part of the Prize prior to its redemption.

20 By entering the Promotion you agree (and agree to procure that your guest) that you shall act responsibly at all times during use of the Prize.

21 The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for any expenses you incur and, where applicable, your guest in addition to the Prize (including, without limitation, travel expenses, accommodation, spending money, insurance, taxes, food or drink).

22 By entering the Promotion you agree not to sell, offer to sell or use all or part of the Prize for any commercial or promotional purpose (including placing any Prize, in whole or in part, on an internet auction site).

23 The Promoter will liaise with you in relation to delivery of the Prize. In the event that any Prize is delivered to you in whole or in part by the Promoter, it will be delivered at no cost (unless otherwise informed) but the Promoter will not be liable for any acts or omissions of any postal service provider or courier.

24 The Promoter reserves the right, at its discretion, to substitute the Prize with prizes of equal or greater value in the event that the Prize cannot be provided to you.

25 The Promoter will select and notify the winner at random from all correctly submitted entries on or around Friday 1 July 2016. On such contact, you may be required to provide additional information as requested by the Promoter.

26 If you cannot be contacted, fail to confirm acceptance of the Prize within 3 days of first attempted notification or cannot make use of the Prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Due to the Prize being redeemable by women only, in the event that you are the Prize winner and are not female, you may give your Prize to a female relative/friend who must be over 18. Confirmation of the names of the two people who will be attending the Prize must be given on acceptance of the Prize.

27 In the event that, due to your acts or omissions, the Promoter is unable to deliver the Prize to you, you will forfeit the Prize, no substitute or alternative will be available and an alternative winner may be selected.

28 Details of the winner’s name and general location will be available for a period of one month after the end of the Promotion Period and can be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Reebok UK, Customer Care, PO Box 1512, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 3YB.

29 The Promoter’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

30 The Promoter reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw the Promotion at any time.

31 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entry to the Promotion and/or use of any Prize.

32 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promotor will not be liable for any claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership and/or use of any Prize.

33 By entering the Promotion, you agree to grant an irrevocable and royalty free licence to the Promoter to use your name, photograph, video, voice recording and general location for publicity, news and promotional purposes in any and all media during this and any future promotions or advertising.

34 Where any personal data is obtained in the course of a participant entering the Promotion, such data will only be processed by the Promoter (the controllers of the personal data) and/or any agency involved in administering the Promotion following the instruction of the Promoter.

35 Save where you opt-in to receive marketing communications by selecting the relevant options on the Website/entry form, your personal data shall be processed for the purpose of participating in the Promotion only and will only be retained as long as necessary for such purpose (the personal data will be deleted no later than 3 months after the end of the Promotion). You can request access to and/or submit a request for rectification or removal of your personal data. For these purposes you can contact the Promoter at their address.

36 If any of these Terms are found by a competent court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

37 These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
