  • When I got my tickets late I emailed them to express my disappointment. I have just received the following reply: -

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    My sincere apologies for the delay in your tickets arriving. We did chase the publications weeks in advance to receiving all the winner's details and all the tickets were sent out a week in advance of the show when the details were finally sent to us. I have spoken to Royal Mail who have admitted that there was a back log of post due to the postage strike although I can not understand how it took a week for the tickets to arrive.
    Please can you forward me your address again as I would like to send you a box of complimentary food treats as an apology.
