    It is actually Elevate as the poster said, was renamed Elevate from Think Finance late 2014 as the O/p said director emails bounced on another forum

    Finally got a resolution today... apparently sunny had the money back on the thirteenth but they've only just admitted it once we threatened them with the fos.
