Hi there and welcome to MSE,
I am afraid I cannot offer you any legal advice but I can give you some guidance about the forms. It sounds as though you have already done your Acknowledgement of Service form online which is good (that had to be done with 14days - which you have done). Next you need to get some legal advice about your defence.
A defence is a legal reason why you do not owe some/ all of the money. You will need to complete the defence and counterclaim form within 28days of the date of service of the forms. If you don't have a date of service then use the issue date to be safe. You will also get an additional 5 days for postage from Northampton County Court.
If you decide not to go down this route and actually you believe the money is owed then you could fill in the Admission form instead (same timescales). We have a factsheet that may help you. Good luck,
Laura
