Three Pension Funds

I currently have three separate pension funds. All under £10k.
My employer makes monthly contributions to a find managed by Friends Life which will continue.
The earlier two funds were set up with my employer at the time and no contributions have been made since leaving their employment.
I am considering whether I should consolidate by moving the two older funds in to the fund which currently receives the ongoing contributions.
What sort of information should I be looking at to see if this is worthwhile?
