CHAPS fee

hi everyone. can somebody tell me please, when it's usually due to pay chaps fee? we haven't paid ours and we are already in the new property. we have received letter from the lender with payments schedule saying how much will be taken by direct debit on the certain dates, but it also says on the next page Fees: £35 CHAPS fee. But it doesn't say anything when and how to pay that. Sorry for a stupid question, I am at work and not able to ring lender till the end of the day.
Thanks
Thanks

If it was due at all then you almost certainly had it deducted from the funds advanced to your solicitor, it's not something they chase you up for at a later date.0
