Most reviews seem to recommend Bissell models over Vax. I've been looking for one for ages and have finally bought a Bissell Quick Wash. Paid £59.82 including delivery from Tesco Direct. http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.100-4019.aspx

The Bissell deal at tesco looks very good, but does anyone already own one that can vouch for it? I only need something for carpets so I dunno if I would get better value going for somethign that is for carpets only rather than carpets and wood floors?

Any advice or link to reviews greatly appreciated!
