HTBs isa deposits debacle

My partner and I were all geared up to buy a house, with HTB isas fully loaded and bank of mum and dad ready to catch any shortfall. Sadly a daft default on my OH's credit file has scuppered a joint appliction but managed to secure me a DIP on my own.:)
However this leaves me with the problem of nearly half of the deposit currently sitting in the HTB account in my partners name.

So can we transfer it bank to my accounts and continue happily on our way or is this going to set off all sorts of alarms bells off when I go for the full application? (It has all come from my account originally).

You can still have your OH on the Title Deed of the property even with just you on the mortgage application.

This means you can both claim the govt bonus on the monies you have in each account :)

Check the penultimate FAQ on this https://www.helptobuy.gov.uk/help-to-buy-isa/faq/

You may well struggle to find a lender that will agree to this scenario.
