i'm having a problem getting a refund from Whirlpool

Hi I need help i brought a faulty hoover from whirlpool in February this year which was faulty it took Whirlpool until May to sort out the Hotpoint hoover getting collected and now i still have not received a refund or an answer to my complaint ever time i call i get past to different people and not one manager has got back to me as promised i have kept all the names of the people i've have spoken to but nothing and all i want is my money back what should i do next
