You need to talk with your parents as they need to contribute to the two loans.

It's hard to tell given we don't know what you are paying out for rent, food, clothes and other bills however broadly speaking you have the 4 main options;
1) move out. Gf pays rent and bills. You concentrate on paying off debts and contribute to household where you can.
2) move out. You and gf split costs. You default on debts and figure out how to deal with your debts - this could be a DMP, a dro, token payments, bsnkruptcy etc etc.
3) you stay at home, default on debts, and come to payment arrangements ( frankly if you're going to do this you might as well.move out anyway as a defaults a default at the end of the day).
4) you continue as you are.

Obviously you need to decide where your priorities are - paying back debt and living with parents or moving out and paying debt back at a much slower pace or depending on gf.
Have you posted up moving out? Have you thought about a room in a shared house? O.k it's not ideal but would give you space from the parents. You could either get a double or 2 singles ( just make sure current housemates are ok with a couple, some are some aren't).
