    Just like to say Hi and welcome jacks and the other posters have come up with some good ideas.Selling your house is a last resort as you can afford all the bills that are essential including the secured loan...
    The problem only lies with the other bills I would contact any of the above organisations and they can sort a payment plan with the remainder of the income and you do have some areas you can save money.good luck
