Was the letter addressed to you personally, or 'The Occupier'?
LCS are a Debt Collection Agency, and unless you know that you owe something to someone, then you needn't do anything.
From what you have written, it's obviously a fishing expedition."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -
Hi,
You do absolutely nothing, if its not your debt, do not get involved, as it could end up being your debt.
You only ever reply to a DCA if you get something in the post specifically addressed to you, do not get involved in other peoples debt problems, time and again I see similar posts where the poster has replied to the DCA and opened up a whole can of worms for themselves by doing so.
It is, as said above, a fishing trip, hoping that someone will bite, and these companies arnt always too bothered who bites.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
