I've found a big bag of dried green lentils hiding at the back of the cupboard! Does anyone have any favourite recipes for using them please?

There are lots of good recipes around for serving them with rabbit in various ways and also with good quality sausages.

Right - as you can tell, I'm not.:)
However, coincidentally, this is one of the few vegetarian recipes I regularly cook and, even for a carnivore, it's very tasty.

I tend to do mash on top just because I like mash and change up the veggies - I am actually cooking this tomorrow and will be having carrots and peas (rather than parsnips) with beans.
It's lovely with gravy or salad though as well and I often swap out the oregano for rosemary and thyme for a sunday0 -
