Just received an email and the benefits look great.
You could argue that this isn't a no spend freebie but I have popped it on here for the free 150 points when you have a hearing check and I am hoping that they may do more promos like it.

Most of these are not new, they are regular offers. The new offer seems to be double points on 'selected private pharmacy services'. For most people, these are available from their GP (though clearly without Boots points).
Boots ceased to be an important part of my life when they withdrew the pensioners' 10% discount on own label products, replacing it with an 'enhanced' point earning rate worth less.
The recent Guardian article hasn't improved my opinion.

I have never had 10 Boots Advantage Card points for every £1 you spend on Boots branded products and No7
25% off complete glasses at Boots Opticians when you spend £79 or more

I'm on the boots contact lens scheme (buy contact lenses from them) and I get 10% off all Boots branded products.
When you combine this with O2 priority moments on Mondays, I'm usually spending 80p or so for a meal deal! It really adds up!0 -

There's another thing to watch out for - the need to re-register after 12 months to retain benefits. Depending on how they manage this - will they send out reminders? - this could be a complication too far.0
