Expat Buy-to-Let Mortgages

I am an long-term expat looking at my options for a UK buy-to-let mortgage using equity from my existing UK property. Please let me know of the best providers/brokers to approach.

    This is very tricky, particularly if you have been expat for some time.


    The larger lenders have sizeable minimum lending limits.


    The smaller building societies will sometimes do the more modest cases.


    Don't waste time going direct to Lender - broker only - and you clearly need a telephone/web type broker.
