Why POPLA witness statements are worthless. UKPC lose in court
Amongst other points .... FAKE PHOTOGRAPHS
Will the BPA and the DVLA sanction UKPC and ban them to protect the motorist from this ongoing scam

Why are they still in business when they patently lie and issue fraudulent documents. Any other business would be closed down.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

I wonder if the RK's of the other two cars also got tickets for being parked for 22 hours?0

And that is a question to be answered by the BPA and the DVLA0 -

Are there actually fake photographs though? The Prankster admits that the defendant conceded that they were "the driver, had parked, had seen the signs, and had breached the terms".
The evidence sounds very circumstantial, based on the presence of some vehicles one day later (particularly considering D admits to multiple breaches). What type of site is it? Are there likely to be staff vehicles which often park in the same locations day after day for example?
All are a bit too quick to jump on this one methinks.0 -

Agreed. I'm afraid the opening post set hares unnecessarily running.Amongst other points .... FAKE PHOTOGRAPHS
Seems the Judge didn't get overly excited on this point, so would be somewhat of a difficult point to pursue, in my view. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
