Mortgage term ends 28 oct 2016

As above and looking to work out next step.
Will owe 100k on 300k property.
Have 50k inheritance I could put towards the remortgage, bringing it down to 50k to mortgage.

What deal, loan period would you aim for?

Currently pay 630pm on mortgage and overpay by 260pm....

Would like to be mortgage free soon as (I think)....

Or hold some of that 50k back for the new kitchen I've started to think about 🙃

Too much choice, nice problem to have but trying to work out what's a good plan....

Anyone got experience of customer retention deals with YBS, how to go about it?

First step is to check online or give them a call around 3 months before your current product expires. Your current product should allow you to make over payments. Depending on your current interest rate may be beneficial to do so.
