Eu261 reclaim

Hi

Can anyone help, I flew with Ryanair over 7 years ago on a delayed flight I wrote into claim but heard nothing. In January 2016 they emailed me to say after an internal audit they were going to pay me compensation, they asked me to click on a link below that asked for there letter reference and my flight booking reference (this I don't have on my emails from this time ago). I have emailed them with the email address used to book the flight and they say they can't find my booking (yet they are willing to offer compensation)

I have called today to be told they can't find the booking number and without it I was told I get no compensation. Can anyone please help!!

    Find your reference!

As the flight is over six years ago you have no legal claim against them, so anything they offer is goodwill. You could try a subject access request, although I'm not sure if your data would be stored here or in Ireland.
