Sha Biscuits?

Have any of you ever heard of Sha (?spelling) biscuits?

My Gran used to make these and my recent exploits with shortbread reminded me of them.

If anyone has a recipe I would be really grateful.

made some of these the other night, and half dipped in chioc. even yummier.
