Wax on vinyl floor

My daughter lit some purple tea lights in the bathroom. When she blew them out , one splashed on the floor.
There are now three big pinky marks on the vinyl.
I've tried bleach, scoring powder, steam and scratching with a pin so far, no use.
It's not like there is a blob of wax I can pick off, more that the colouring seems to have stained the floor.
Any further ideas from you clever lot?!

Hmm tricky, you've tried everything that I would have suggested! Have you thought of contacting the flooring manufacturer? Worth a try. Hope that you are successful. I have white vinyl in my bathroom so thanks for the warning...The beautiful thing about learning is nobody can take it away from you.
Thanks to everyone who contributes to this wonderful forum. I'm very grateful for the guidance and friendliness that I always receive from you.

I think it has penetrated the upper layers and stained the back cloth. It's a pale pink and not too obvious if I'm honest. I've moved the bin to an odd angle to cover it!
With you on the hair dye Pigpen, this seems similar. I've had a few hair dye splats on the old flooring and they never shifted.Norn Iron Club member 4730 -
