Hi all,
I'm writing on behalf of my partner, who had a debt management plan arranged with PDHL (http://www.pdhl.co.uk/) who ceased trading in March. He tried to register with the new company they suggested but they would not accept him. He is now getting hassled by his creditors for much bigger amounts than he can afford currently. Does anyone have any advice on what to do in this situation or other companies more likely to take him on?
Thanks

stepchange, get away from fee charging leeches0

Or Payplan or d-i-y0

You should not use a fee charging company for arranging a DMP, they are free to all from either stepchange or payplan.
I'd advise using one of these two, as it doesn't appear, judging from your post, that your partner is switched on to there available options just yet.
