Proof of deposit transfer

Hi all
Doing completion next week. We have already proved our source of deposit.
We have been asked to send a bank statement to show the transfer of mortgage funds after we do it next Thursday.
Now I have spent a bit of money in my account so need to transfer another 500 over to my account which is coming from a different savings account which I haven't included in the original source of funds.
Will this matter? I'm guessing it's just to show that I have sent them the money? So won't start asking loads more questions?

Yes, you'll probably need to provide a statement for the other account to show that it's your funds.0 -
Anyone else had to do this?0

What's your issue with simply providing a statement? Very simple straightforward request.0

Well yeah it is fine. But knowing them they will then go further into it and ask for proof of where that money came from.. Just don't want to delay the completion as it's next week.
I'm fine with showing them the statement of it coming from my other savings account.0 -
if its genuine, nothing to worry aboutDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

They'll want to see how long it's been in your savings account, so if they've asked for e.g. 3 months statements for your other account, the same principle will apply.0
