Good morning all, a tad dull here, might actually get rain!

The annoying thing is that DD and her BF were half thinking about moving to Yorkshire and some of the houses were bigger than ours for about 1/6th of the price  They came to the conclusion they would rather stay down here though, jobs etc. But we could move up there and end up with a massive house, almost tempting!

Yorkshire is the most wonderful place in the world... all Yorkshire folk are very proud and welcoming x
You'll always get more bang for your buck the further north you go but most can't deal with the weather/ lack of amenities etc.

We sold 6 bed, 50 acres, stables, 2 double garages, 2 workshops, you'd probably buy that nearly twice over with what your house is worth  God know what it would have been valued at if it had been 600 miles further south.

It is quiet amazing the difference in weather and seasons just an hour drive x

its not a case of, 'oh i can only earn £1000 in interest before I pay tax', it all depends on how much you earn.

I have always have any money/assets in my name... this is challenging my rule... I only get £1,000, but OH is on a small pension so will be tax free!

(When I tell him, he will think that I am having a breakdown!!)

I'm sat here thinking to myself that last Thursday I went for an X-ray and a Scan. I got my results the same day and it was my GP that requested these be done not the hospital.

I can't understand why the wait is a month or more fir some, what can't it be the good old 7 to 10 days like they used to be

I didn't realise that your docs did X-rays bubbs. Scratch that, you didn't have your tests done there did you?

I think I'd better take a lay down as I'm starting to speak before I think :rotfl: :rotfl:
