I also was wondering that. i.e. Covern.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

I know how things like this go onto 75p "price crunch" in M even though they were still around - but crossed off - at 64p on my list as they had just gone off 64p at the start of this month. They go onto "price crunch" by going up to more expensive price in between. Avoid:rotfl:, IMO, as that's a price increase in M from what they were at the start of the month!
McVitie's Hobnobs Flapjacks - Raspberry (5)

Actually, about price increases, I noticed that the Everyday Essentials apples, that were 62p several weeks ago, in Aldi, had gone up to something like 69p, then 71p, then 78p. It's psychological, yet again, and supermarkets do incremental, smaller price increases like this even though the final outcome is exactly the same and would never have been accepted if they had gone straight up to that! So, they take us there, step by step, to the same thing:(. I stopped buying them as soon as they went up from 62p:( - and then they went up and up and up. However - and I did need fresh fruit - if I wait long enough, offers will come back around again. So, I was getting a bit short on fruit but leaving it off and then Lidl (at least as of last week - sorry I didn't get round to posting this before:o) puts the pears punnets back on 59p:T. They're big punnets as well, not the meanie packs you get with SP in A these days. Don't know if they are still that price in L - probably ended yesterday by the time I post it on here!0

Now that the SP Tomato tins have gone onto 4 for £1 price:(, they are obviously worse price than what they were before except for people in Northern Ireland. M's 4 for £1 offer has ended:(.
I don't intend on posting updates from M throughout the night - there's loads and it will get updated onto the list in due course! I think, in theory, the bold items should be up-to-date as they have only been added this week - apart from the fact that I've now corrected a couple of those and removed the items as it seems I got out-of-date pricing on Monday and their offers had in fact already ended:rotfl:.0 -

At least my second shop worked. No glitchy items, just hopeless 10% and I included these couple of items against T:
X items (Y different) on your receipt qualify for comparison
Asda tesco
1x Carr's Cheese Melts (150G)£1.50 £0.69
1x Shredded Wheat Shredded Wheat Bitesize (750G)£3.18 £1.59
I think it was the (wrong?) pack of SP Apples on my earlier shop that caused my failure. I didn't buy SP apples on this new vs T shop. I bought some other duplicated items on this shop and fortunately all of those have appeared.
They say Bitesize Shredded Wheat is the best cereal here:

although they don't account for fat in nuts being good for you. Seems like they consider a price of over £2 at A to be a 'bargain':rotfl:, though it's not totally clear to me which pack size they are referring to. Much better these 750g packs at £3.18:T:j in my view now if you have enough in APGs to spend in the first place.0 -

You've done more than double the number I've done but I've been online a year less than you.
But you've got a lot more than double the thanks I've got so you must be doing something right.
Anyhoo, how many months/years do we spend commuting/queueing/finding out how to spell queueing/on the toilet/waiting for the computer to start up/looking for a parking space/ trying to think what to write on a greetings card/etc?
This website's, comparatively speaking, time well-spent! :beer:There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0
