Obviously those are the elusive letters that are the key to the, um, "mechanic" of the promotion.

And, as I mentioned before - I'm going on like a stuck record again - that the fact that it means people are generally missing just one or two letters also tends to make people think they are so close to winning that they stand a really good chance so it helps encourage them to keep buying more in the hope that that one missing letter comes up. In fact of course it's so rare indeed that it's very unlikely to do so. I do hope people aren't wasting money like this:D. That said, unlikely things happen all the time but obviously not to the people here who are still missing those (coincidentally:D, in other words not) same letters.
